The 4x4 Art Show & Auction is an annual fundraising event benefiting the Paseo Arts Association that encourages new art collectors to begin collecting local art! Proceeds from art sales will support the PAA’s year-round mission of enriching, educating and inspiring the public through the arts.

Bids will begin at $25 or can be purchased for a “Buy It Now” price of $75. The auction will begin at 6pm and will end at 8pm.

Please join the Paseo Arts Association for our 13th Annual Arts Awards Dinner on Thursday, November 14, 2019, at the Historic Skirvin Hilton Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City.

This annual event was launched by the Paseo Arts Association in 2007 to celebrate and recognize artists and art supporters who have made a strong contribution to the arts in our state. We believe that the act of recognition serves to educate the public about Oklahoma’s rich artistic community and its increasingly vibrant and robust contemporary arts culture. 

The awards dinner, ceremony and silent auction also serve as a fundraiser for the Paseo Arts Association, helping to support arts events and programs year-round, such as First Friday events, kickstarters for artists such as Paseo FEAST, the Paseo Arts Festival in May, the family-focused Fairy Ball, Magic Lantern events, and so much more.

✨FREE CHILDREN'S EVENT IN THE PASEO ARTS DISTRICT✨

Magic Lantern, described as "a night of light instead of fright," offers youth and families a unique, positive and arts-focused event during late October. Taking place during the weekend before Halloween, Magic Lantern employs professional artists to create a labyrinth, assist visitors in creating one-of-a-kind costumes and works of art, and choreograph original dance pieces for the delight of attendees.

Free of cost and open to the public, Magic Lantern provides a safe, fun, and creative evening for all! Children dress in everyday clothing, costumes will be created to wear over clothing.

The Wish Finders are ready to help you find your wish and travers the labyrinth

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Activities are FREE - donations accepted. This event is made possible by the Oklahoma Arts Council.

FEAST is a unique arts funding concept that began in Sante Fe and came to Oklahoma City in 2012 through the initiative of two Paseo artists. This micro-granting program, now managed by the Paseo Arts Association, gives five hopeful artists an opportunity to garner the financial support of the community to fund their vision.

A selection committee made up of professionals from the fields of art, music, film, poetry and performance review project proposals and select up to five finalists. Each attendee purchases a ticket, which includes their dinner and a ballot. During the dinner, finalists give a five-minute presentation about their project to the FEAST audience, and diners will cast their votes. The project with the most votes wins a grant comprised of the evening’s proceeds to fund their project.
