About the Instructors:

The Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs (Arts) was established in 2012 to guide, coordinate, and accelerate arts and cultural development. This office works with the Arts Commission, oversees the coordination of the 1% for Arts ordinance, guides stewardship of the public art collection, provides technical assistance to artists and residents, facilitates cultural planning and implementation, and builds relationships between and among artists, cultural organizations, and community organizations.

Randy Marks became the Program Planner in Arts & Cultural Affairs (Arts) in 2022 after five years as the Public Art Project Manager for the City. During his time in Arts he has managed dozens of public art projects from conception of the project, through artist selection, and continuing through to completion and documentation. Randy has a Masters in landscape design and operated a design/build firm specializing in contemporary and sustainable design. For many years prior to that he was a full-time artist working in a variety of media, primarily welded steel.

Leondre Lattimore is the Public Art Project Manager for the City of Oklahoma City, Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs. Leondre attended Oklahoma City University as a Clara Luper Scholar and earned a degree in Studio Art and Graphic Design. Shortly after, he earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. With a background in Art and Public Policy, Leondre enjoys creating connections between Art, History, and Culture throughout Oklahoma and the greater Oklahoma City Metro.

Robi Jones is the Special Projects Manager for Arts & Cultural Affairs. Jones earned a Master of Urban Design from the University of Oklahoma and has worked as a City Planner for over eight years. Her professional portfolio focuses on managing projects not funded by the City’s 1% for Arts ordinance.
